By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or notices displayed on the website from time to time.

We operate primarily as a Technology Service Provider (“TSP”) providing software, technology under our brand name “FinBase”, onboarding, lead-generation, workflow, hosting, support and related digital services to regulated financial entities and other business users, as applicable.

Our website is intended to provide information about our services, facilitate user enquiries, request-for-demo submissions, business outreach and other lawful interactions.

You represent that you are legally competent to contract under the laws of India and, where the website is used for lending-related journeys, that you are at least 18 years of age.

You shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape data, interfere with security controls, misrepresent your identity, or use the website for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

When you submit a demo request, enquiry form or other communication, you agree that the information supplied by you may be used by us to respond to your request, provide product information, contact you, and maintain internal records.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is complete, accurate and not misleading.

Where we act as a Loan Service Provider (“LSP”), our role is limited to sourcing and routing your lead or enquiry to the relevant regulated lender selected by you or matched to your application.

All lender-side activities, including customer onboarding, KYC, execution of loan agreement, underwriting, sanction, disbursement, repayment scheduling, servicing, collections and any loan-account administration, remain the sole responsibility of the relevant lender in accordance with its own terms and conditions.

Any borrower-facing lender terms and conditions, including where applicable the lender partner’s website terms and conditions such as Capital Now’s terms and conditions, shall apply to the lending journey and shall prevail to the extent they govern lender-side processing and loan services.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services. Such third parties operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, practices or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website.

Our aggregate liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms or violation of law.
